Cemilan Sehat - Healthy Snacks

Ngemil itu nikmat! Pengen sekali bisa ngemal-ngemil tanpa merasa bersalah. Tenang, readers ! Bisa banget kok :)

Having snacks is so entertainting! But, we want to it to be a guilty-free activity. Don't worry! It is so possible :)



Nikmati irisan pear dengan keju cheddar atau keju gouda! 

Combine one medium pear (sliced) with one ounce cheddar or gouda cheese for a sweet-and-savory snack.

Campurkan 1/3 cup cherry kering dengan kacang pecans untuk cemilan sehat yang mengenyangkan.
Mix together 1/3 cup each dried cherries and pecans for a healthy (and filling) snack mix.



Taburkan garam bawang putih dan 1 sendok makan keju parmesan parut di atas 3 cup popcorn natural

Sprinkle three cups all-natural popcorn with garlic salt and one tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 





 Cemilan tepat yang lekas saji untuk di kantor atau saat bepergian: sekantung almonds dan kombinasi kacang-kacangan.

A great snack to have on hand at the office or when you're on the go: 100-calorie bags of almonds or trail mix.

Whole-grain tortilla dengan salsa
Snack on one serving whole-grain tortilla chips (about 15) plus two tablespoons guacamole and 1/4 cup salsa.



Masih boleh ternyata menikmati latte di pagi atau sore hari! Pesan untuk ukuran kecil dengan susu rendah lemak atau susu kedelai dan taburan coklat atau kayu manis di atasnya.
Yes, you can still have your morning or afternoon latte! Just order a smaller size with skim or soy milk and a sprinkling of cocoa powder or cinnamon on top.



Edamame yang telah ditaburi garam. 

Sprinkle one cup edamame with sea salt for a healthy and filling snack.

Campurkan 4 ounce keju cottage rendah lemak dengan 1/2 cup nanas segar

Mix together four ounces low-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks.

 


Nikmati dua atau tiga keping whole-grain crackers dengan 1 sendok makan peanut butter. Whole-grain crackers juga bisa digantikan dengan potongan apel. hmm!
Spread two to three whole-grain crackers with one tablespoon all-natural peanut butter. We can enjoy peanut butter with slices of apples. hmm! 
Bila sedang 'ngidam' minuman coklat yang dingin, nikmatilah sedikit es mocha dengan susu rendah lemak 

When you're in dire need of something chocolaty and cool, grab a small iced skim mocha.


Cemilan cocok untuk calon pengantin: 1 cup tomat cherry dan 4-5 bakso mini mozzarella! yummy! 

A fitting snack for the foodie bride-to-be is one cup cherry tomatoes and four to five marinated mini mozzarella balls.

Campurkan 1 cup potongan melon, 2 sendok makan yogurt tanpa rasa yang rendah lemak dan 1 sendok teh madu.

In a small bowl, mix together one cup melon chunks, two tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt, and one teaspoon honey.
Nikmati 1/2 cup berry segar dengan 1/2 cup es krim atau sorbet coklat.
Top 1/2 cup all-natural ice cream or chocolate sorbet with 1/2 cup fresh raspberries.








Cemil 10 almonds dan 1 atau 2 square coklat pekat (70% cocoa atau lebih)

Snack on 10 almonds and one to two squares of dark chocolate (look for 70 percent cocoa or higher).
